Veneer

Veneer is a thin wood sheet cut from the tree trunk. We use veneer in manufacturing furniture as well as different doors, staircases and accessories. Covering the basic material with the veneer, the attractive pattern of the timber can be exhibited in full width of the tree trunk. The colour and pattern of each tree trunk is unique and trees of similar species in different habitats differ essentially from each other.
For example the tone of the hazel timber varies from yellowish to blackish. This is one reason why we offer complete solutions for our customers. If needed, the entire interior will be designed from the veneer made of the same tree trunk - so the furniture, doors and staircase will have the similar tone. On request, the veneer can be placed on the doors of the cupboards so that the tree trunk pattern will run together through the whole furniture. The different veneers can be combined so that for example one veneer is in the middle of the cupboard door or the table and different one in the edge.

Melamine

The melamine panel is a chipboard covered with coloured or tree pattern melamine paper. We use melamine panel mainly for manufacturing furniture framework.

Solid timber

We use timber mainly for manufacturing classical doors, furniture and staircases and strengthening the veneered working surfaces and edges of veneer doors. The strips made of precious wood are glued under the veneer giving the weakest link in the veneer detail - the edge - the strength of the solid timber. We use all imported timber species as well as local ash and birch.

Laminate

The laminate board is a chipboard covered with high pressure laminate plastic. We use laminate boards in manufacturing working surfaces and furniture details requiring high durability. The kitchen furniture doors, for example, can also be covered with high pressure laminate plastic.
